MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL 
It is my honor to welcome you to the Rogers Academy of Leadership & Innovation. You are joining a school community built on meaningful relationships, high expectations, and the belief that students learn best when they are known, challenged, and trusted to do work that matters.
At RALI, we do education differently. Our students engage in project-based learning, real-world problem solving, collaboration, leadership, and service. We are proud to offer a learning environment where students are not simply preparing for the future; they are practicing the skills, habits, and mindsets they will need for college, career, and life.
At the heart of our school is a dedicated staff who believes in the potential of every student. Our teachers work intentionally to create learning experiences that are rigorous, relevant, and personal. Students are supported as they grow in agency, communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and leadership.

Throughout the summer, this page will continue to be updated with important back-to-school information, including schedules, student resources, technology, and first-day procedures.

Meal benefits do not automatically carry over from year to year. Applications must be completed annually to determine eligibility.
